imageCLASS MF656Cdw printing completely colored pages

My printer has begun printing completely colored pages (either blue, pink, or purple). The first page will usually print correctly then they slowly become more and more colored, until the whole page is covered. This happens even if I print only black and white.

Greetings,

I think I have something about this.  Let me look for it.

A few questions.

Are you using Canon brand toners?

Were any toners replaced recently?

Check the inside of the toner carrier drawer and ensure no toner has leaked into the printer.

Try cleaning the fixing assembly and ITB

My Toner was just recently replaced with an off brand version.

Nothing has leaked into the printer.

I was able to clean the fixing assembly and ITB, but the color mismatch correction said "could not preform correction".

I'm not sure how to proceed.

Greetings,

The printer has a 3 yr warranty, but to troubleshoot, the first thing Canon will ask is "are you using OEM toner"?  This is because unexpected results can and do occur when you don't.  Toner is expensive, I get it, but many3rd party's cut corners.  You may have a set of OEM toners in your future.
