My MF654Cdw will not scan. The drivers and scan utility are installed. I get a 255.0.0 error message. Any help would be appreciated.

Greetings,

Can you share the version and build of the operating system you're using the printer with?

Did scanning work previously or is this a new issue? Did something change?

How is the printer connected and to what?

Win11 pc newest version 24H2 build 26100.5074. New issue using USB connection.

This is what happens when I try to use MF Scan after selecting documents. The item to scan is letter size.
