imageCLASS MF643Cdw Faded vertical streak across page

I've recently got a Canon ImageClass MF643Cdw but my printed pages from the very first try has been like this with this vertical streak at the same location each time. I've cleaned the fixing assembly and ITB multiple times but it's still the same. How do I fix this?

The image looks like there is something stuck in the paper feed path or there is something wrong with the fixing assembly/ITB. In this situation, I would suggest reseating the toner using the steps in the link HERE and checking for any obstructions.
