I really want to like my MF642Cdw but it's been challenging. Finally got it to not want to always print from the multi-purpose drawer but now, printer setting set to one-sided printing, it persists in trying to print on two sides, and the window on the computer does not let me change from two to one sided. I'm running Windows 11 and my printer is up to date.

Hello,
If the print Window on your computer is not allowing you to change the one-sided and two-sided settings, you can try going into devices and printers and changing the two-sided setting from there.
You can press the Windows key and the letter R key at the same time on your keyboard. In the run box that appears, you can type in Control Printers and click OK. In the Window that comes up, click on the option for printers and scanners. In printers and scanners, you can right click on the printer and select printing preferences. In printing preferences, you can click on the page setup tab to see if you can change it from there.
If you are unable to change it from the driver itself, I would suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to help with the issue and check for any driver or setting issues.
