Hello, i had to upgrade my computer from an old windows, to the current Windows 10 x64bit operating system. I am trying to setup a custom page for a Canon imageclass MF642cdw printer.   the current driver says it is the most current.  but will not let me setup a custom page in printer settings. i have gone through all the options and there is no area where i can add a "custom page" as shown in any documentation. Please help. have downloaded the drivers from the canon webpage Canon Support for Color imageCLASS MF642Cdw | Canon U.S.A., Inc.

The images above look like the generic Windows driver connection for the printer. It will give you some basic print options, but it will not give you full control of the printer. To get the proper driver settings that include the options for customer paper sizes. You can can try downloading and installing the recommended MF642Cdw MFDrivers from our support site using the link HERE.
