Cannon mf624cw printer prints blank documents from Mac Ventura 13.1 OS, Copies documents successfully and prints from phone. I just reinstalled the drivers from the Cannon website. Can anyone help with this?

If you have already installed the UFR II/UFRII LT Printer Driver, you can try deleting and adding the printer from printers and scanners. 

1. Click on the apple in the upper left-hand corner and select system settings.

2. From system settings, you can select printers and scanners.

3. Right click and remove any current connections for the printer.

4. In printers and scanners, click on the option to add a printer.

5. Highlight the printer in the add printer window.

6. Check the USE box near the add button to make sure the name of the printer is selected. 

7. Click add.

If the prints are still blank, you can try printing the same item from another program to see if it prints from there. If you continue to have issues, I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist.
