I have a Canon MF463dw printer on my home wifi network. It keeps printing duplex / double-sided, even when the option to do so is turned off in the printing dialogue box. IPlease help. Details:
Printer - Canon MF465dw. Firmware is latest update.
Computer - Macbook running Sequoia 15.6.
Interestingly, if I turn the double-sided option to "on" and then back to "off," it will print correctly (which defeats the purpose of the preset).
Is this an issue with the Canon, or an issue with the Mac presets?
