imageCLASS MF465dw How to remove administrator password

Setting up printer, I stupidly set an administrator password and then more stupidly, didn't write it down.

Tried to update firmware, but printer wants my Admin password.  Tried downloading firmware and installing.  Wouldn't install.

Can someone suggest a way to REMOVE my Admin password?

You can find the default password for our printers using the link HERE. If the default password does not work, you would need to contact support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666 for help with resetting the password.
