Have a new MF455dw printer / scanner and the while the scanner worked when I set it up, it will not connect to the computer today. I have reinstalled the drivers, have an active remove UI panel open. CANNOT GET SUPPORT anywhere for guidance. Can anyone offer suggestions?

Can you please share the operating system (version and build) you're using the printer with? Also, how is the printer connected and to what?
