imageCLASS MF453dw Error when scanning to email

I have tried multiple times to do what the google and you tube experts have told me to fix my problem but had no luck on doing something that fixes it. My only issue with my IMAGE CLASS MF453DW is that when I scan my documents trough the feeder or the scanner and try to send it via email it gives me an error, I have not been able to send a single scanned document through it. Has anyone had this problem and if so, how did you solved it. Thanks beforehand

My apologies, I am using a MacOS, and the printer is connected via wifi I also attached a picture of the error that I am getting.Screen Shot 2024-02-05 at 12.23.24 PM.png

What exact version of MacOS are you using (example: MacOS 11 Big Sur, MacOS 13 Ventura, etc)?

If you want to send email from your printer, it needs to be configured with an email service.

What email service do you intend to use?  Examples are: M365, Gmail. Yahoo or other.
