imageCLASS MF4450 PC Won't Recognize Printer

We have a disk downloaded it.  PC have windows 10, could not get printer to be recognized?

Went online downloaded driver from Canon same thing?

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The imageCLASS MF4450 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!

Thank you, Danny, I delegated the printer from the computer, and reloaded it with the disk.  And it works!
