I am trying to print envelopes and I can not print them.

The envelope's are a #10 envelope 4-1/8" X 9-1/2"

If you are having problems loading the envelopes into the printer, you can review the envelope loading guide found at the link HERE. Once the envelopes have been loaded, you can register the Com 10 envelope size using the steps found HERE. We would be happy to assist with the issue. 1. What version of the Mac or Windows operating system are you using on your computer?
2. When you try to print envelopes, do you get any specific errors or what problems do you run into?
