imageCLASS MF4150 - Cutting off 1/2in of the right side of scans with feeder and glass

My MF4150 just started cutting off about 1/2 inch of the right side of the page.  It does not matter if I place the document in the feeder or on the glass correctly lined up.  I have made sure the drivers and firmware are up-to-date and tried to problem solve this, but I am at a loss.  Any solutions out there?
