imageCLASS MF267dw says new toner is at 0%

I just changed the cartridge toner 51 for my printer. After that, the printer noticed that the life of the cartridge is 0%. Can you tell me how to deal with this problem?

The issue you are describing points to a problem with the toner cartridge or the way it was loaded. You can try reseating the toner using the steps in the link HERE.
