I connected the printer to my computer via USB and everything seemed to work fine. A few days ago the printer stopped working showing on its control panel the message:
***DOWNLOAD MODE***
USB AVAILABLE
PRESS STOP KEY TO EXIT
When stop key is pressed the same message is repeated infinitely. My computer also does not recognize the printer anymore. No USB printer found..

Printer and scanner were working fine. But then comes this message: ***DOWNLOAD MODE***, USB AVAILABLE, PRESS STOP KEY TO EXIT. The printer's control panel got unresponsive, except that stop key, but pressing it the same cycle is repeated, again and again. My computer also fails to find the printer. Is there a factory reset? Please help.
