This ImageClass MF264DW II prints tilted badly. Usually printer has head alignment to fix the issue but I cannot find the alignment function. Is there any way that I can fix the misalignment? The manual anly mentioned to place the paper correctly (which I check every time). I appreciate any advice.

Hello,
A head alignment is an option that we have for our inkjet models. Our Laser printers do not have a print head, so you won't need to perform an alignment. The image that you posted does look like it is caused by a paper feed issue or a problem with the hardware. In this situation, I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to check the hardware to see what is going on.
