Hello,
I bought this printer in July and everything was going fine until suddenly it turned off at some point and wont turn back on. When left plugged in, it will do a bit of a random power cycle every few hours or so, but I've had to unplug it due to it happening unpredictably.
I have tried calling Canon support only to be left on hold for almost an hour each time, listening to the same classical music on loop with no help at all.
If there's a solution to this problem, hopefully someone can help, but the lack of ability to get in touch with Canon has really left me wanting to just return the printer and be done.
Any thoughts?
