imageCLASS D570 keeps jamming

I just got  anew printer and set it up. the first few prints were fine and then it started jamming, and hasnt stopped since. I have tried everything. the paper keeps on Jamming on the way back into the printer. i tried everything to fix it but nothing helps. I am in the mood to return it and even Canon Support picking up calls. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this it would be great otherwise i will return this one and get a new one.

1.What size and type of paper are you printing on?

2.Do you get any specific error messages when it jams?

3. Are you able to print on any other sizes or types of paper?
