My printer no longer is connecting to the internet. I have been using an ethernet cable from the printer to my router since the printer is not wireless. I have tried every possible way to try and get it to connect to my home network (settings, new ethernet cable, and confirmation that my router is not the problem). We turned off the printer and removed the ethernet cable for a few days and then it stopped working. I had someone come to my house and he told me that I probably need a new PCB assembly. Any suggestions how I go about that getting that?

Hello,
If you have tried other ethernet cables and another port, it does look like the ethernet port on the printer is damaged or the printer needs service. To purchase any replacement parts, you can contact our parts team at 1-866-481-2569.
