iR-ADV C3525 III (2GH07180)

Hello,

 

We have multiple iR-ADV C3525 III (2GH07180) printers at work and I am trying to change the PIN authentication from the WebGUI to a username and password.

 

I have tried by going to authentication managent, but it still ask for PIN when login to the printer..

How can I make the change?

If you don't have a dealer and you're in the United States, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers in your area.

If you're outside the USA, visit http://global.canon and choose your country or region from the map for local support.

I have called 1-800-652-2666 and say "Technical Support" then when it takes me to say the product I am calling for and I say ImageRunner. The phone system goes silent and I cannot get pass it.....

It might be waiting to hear something more specific.  You can also try 1-800-385-2155 to reach our sales team.  They can match you up with a local dealer.
