iR 1025if Not recognized as scanner on Windows10

Hello.  I'm having troubele setting up my iR 1025if.  I downloaded and installed the appropriate drivers but can't seem to figure out how to make my windows 10 computer recognize that the machine is also a scanner.  Printer functions are working.  Windows 10 seems to think it is a printer only.

While our Forum Community members are welcome to chime in, Canon does not provide direct support for imageRUNNER series products, but your dealer will be able to help you!

If you don't have a dealer, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers who are in your area!

that where the problem the dealer never installed it when i purchased i now other dealers want to charge me>  never purchase a conpon product again
