canon i-sensys mf8280cw

Hi,

We are having problems with our canon i-sensys mf8280cw when we copy from the glass.

It is missing about an inch of information from the left hand side of the paper that is copied.

It is ok when copied from the feeder.

The paper size is A4 and not increase or reduction selected.

Help!
