when a my computer & scanner was moved the scanner stopped working. It is reporting locked by another application. It did work a couple of times the first day. It has been uninstalled and reinstalled both software (driver) and physically and the computer has been rebooted (cold and warm) several times. I have also replace the USB cable.

I am running Windows7 Enterprise and using the USB connection on the scanner. II can't get the scan panel to use the scanner either. This scanner has been connected to 2 other computers and has performed fine until now.
