We have had our IR1023N setup to scan to a windows server file share for a few years now without an issue. Recently we've noticed that when scanning 10-15 pages to a file that sometimes the file scans fine, other times you only get 4 or 5 pages and sometimes the file doesn't show up at all.
One would think this is a network problem, but if it was than the file would either show up in the file share or not. There wouldn't be a case where the file shows up in the file share but only has 4 or 5 pages in it out of the 10-15 that were scanned. We've power cycled the printer multiple times but no luck.
