Unable to Install Driver - Fax Driver in Use

I am trying to uninstall the print driver (windows 10) for a Canon MB2720 printer.  I get an error that states the software cannot be uninstalled because the fax driver is currently in use by another program or user.  I have uninstalled the printers from the print management services, removed the canon folders from my c: drive, and restarted the computer.  I get the same error.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Dsteele,

Please disconnect all printers/faxes from your computer, turn them off and attempt to uninstall again.
