Still no fix for Toolbox not working with Windows 10 64-bit!It is now 2017 - how can this be??

My printer has just turned a year old, but according to the forum this issue has been around since 2014. After being on the phone for 3 days in September with escalations within your support, I eventually gave up hoping that you would bring out a fix.

 

I'm still waiting with the countless others here on this forum that still have a Canon printer.

 

Printer: i-SENSYS MF4780w

OS: Windows 10 64-bit

Hi Yazbekistan.

 

I will be able to assist you.

 

Please note that you have reached the forum for Canon USA and the i-SENSYS MF4780w is neither sold or supported by Canon USA.  However, I do recommend downloading and installing the Network/USB Scan Patch.  I have included a link to the download for your machine below:

If you still experience an issue with the scanning function, we will have to recommend that you contact the Canon support group in your country for further assistance.
