Software poor

I have a MF644Cdw and it takes way to many clicks to print preview before printing and may not work at times. Clicking on outupt method "Edit and Preview" does not stay for all time, you need to do this for every print, how do you set this for always?

Very poor software in this model.

The print preview options vary greatly between operating systems and, at times, between different programs.  From which operating system and program are you trying to set a print preview?

Trying to set print preview to stay on for all printing such as excel, word and outside web documents. The older printers were so much easier, just one click on print preview and thats it.
