Im having the inconvenience when faxing several pages ( all of them with information) some of them are received in Blank (No information at all) . Does anybody have seen this casae? how can we corrected?
Were you faxing from the document feeder, or from the platen?
Were any of the originals of reflective or glossy media?
About how many pages were being faxed?
Were the blank pages focused on one end of the fax (first few, last few, a clump in the middle) or were they seemingly random throughout the pages sent?
Are you scanning across a POTS / landline system, or through a digital / VoIP phone system?
The answers to these questions can help us determine what the cause is and, thus, what solutions will help.
