I have recently downloaded the Scan Utility and was able to scan documents successfully, however, when i try to scan double sided documents it will not work. I have clicked the double sided option under settings. I went into the scan mode, but it is only giving me the platen option, no auto feeder. I don't know how to fix this and have searched everyway I know how to fix it.
