Scan from imageclass MF453dw to an email address

 I have a 10 page physical document that I want to email someone. Can I drop it in the docufeeder slot and then press SCAN, and it will scan it to someone’s email address?

The machine I have is an imageclass MF453dw

Yes, you can scan a document and email it from your imageCLASS MF453dw. Here are the steps you can follow:

1. Load the document you want to scan on the platen glass or in the document feeder.
2. Press the SCAN button on the printer.
3. Use the arrow buttons to select Email and press OK.
4. Enter the recipient’s email address and press OK.
5. Use the arrow buttons to select PDF or JPEG and press OK.
6. Press OK again to start scanning.
