Rear flat tray on Maxify4060 not recognised

Hi! I have a new Maxify GX4060 and am trying to print A5 200gsm paperboard from the rear flat tray. Neither the computer (iMac using Ventura 13.6.9) or the printer recognise the rear flat tray as a print option. 

How do I rectify this issue?

Did you install the printer drivers for your OS from the products support portal?

Hi Rick. Thanks for replying. I have downloaded the OS print drivers. The printer tells me the firmware is up-to-date. I  re-checked everything on the links you sent. The computer and printer recognise and print from the rear tray and the cassette but do not recognise the rear flat tray. Very perplexing! Marianne
