I love this printer so far except for how sensitive it is scanning two sides. Many, many pages get jammed while feeding in to read the second side. Not all, but many. To me it should work better.
Does anyone have any tips on how to make this work better?
Also, even when scanning a single page the scan never comes out square. Its always a little misaligned and crooked. I'm willing to bet this what causes problems when feeding in for the second page.
I've tried what I think are all the obvious things: doing my best to put the paper in the feeder straight, etc... Have not found anything that works reliably yet. Ideas?
