Hello dear team,
I have configured standard authentication with the service numbers on the Canon IR ADV DX C3720i. I am able to log in successfully with the user credentials to use the copy and scan functions, but I cannot print. Even though the printer driver is properly set up with the service numbers and the copier detects the print job, it deletes the job without printing. I need your help and expertise with this issue.
