My computer won't communicate with my printer wirelessly. It used to. What's wrong?
My computer says the printer is not online, but I see the online signal on the printer. MF4890dv

Hi Candace,
The cause can often be due to an issue within the operating system or communication with the access point. Here are some steps you can take:
1. Try to set the Printer "online" in the operating system, such as accessing Devices and Printers if using Windows and right-clicking the printer icon to set it "online".
2. An interruption in the communication between your unit and the access point may have occurred. Check to ensure the power and network cables for the wireless LANA router or access point are connected and seated securely.
3. You can also reset the power on your laser device. When the power is already turned ON, turn the power OFF and turn it back ON. Optionally, turn OFF each device and turn each one back ON.
