Duplex, or two-sided, printing may be set both on the printer's operation panel and in the driiver interface. If there is a mismatch between these settings, the driver setting will take priority. Ensure duplex printing is unchecked or disabled in the Print window on the computer.
Note: some programs feature their own proprietary print interfaces; refer to the support for those programs for help disabling two-sided printing, or force-use the Mac System Print window (Command + Shift + P).
