Print quality issue with Color Image Class MF642Cdw

My Color Image Class MF642Cdw printer is printing poorly: faded colors, and streaks. Black only prints fine. I have run all suggested cleaning procedures for this model, and it still prints poorly. Is there anything else I can try before buying a new printer? Is this a common problem with this printer?
