I have a Color imageCLASS MF656cdw laser printer. I have a Bachelors in Fine Art, so I love creating stationary or printing line work illustrations I have done to then foil them which is why I purchased a laser printer.

My printer has decided it cannot do anything other than standard copy paper and it has become beyond frustrating and I am unsure what to do. It gives me a Paper Jam alert whether I use the drawer or multipurpose tray for the print job (just with standard 65 lb cover style cardstock). I’ve updated the print settings on the printer, on my computer for sending the print, tried multiple settings for both, opened everything up to make sure there is no jam and there never is. With the multipurpose tray in particular, when I go to “remove the jam” the paper has fully gone into the multipurpose try but only been partially fed into the printer itself by an inch or two. No folds, creases, or indication of jamming. I’ll include a photo. I have fanned the paper, U shaped the paper, I have tried EVERYTHING. I’m unsure what to do but I really want to be able to create with my printer.
