The MF 741Cdw printer is displaying that there is a paper jam. The paper was cleared in the output tray and the printer will not clear the message. The paper came out full, no rips, tears, etc. and there was only 2 piece of paper in the tray prior to printing.
Any ideas on clearing the error message? Can it be reset?

Hello Orion,
If the paper jam message will not clear, you can try reloading the toner cartridges and checking that area for any jammed or partially fed paper. If you have resat the toner and have checked the possible jam locations and the paper jam still does not clear, it looks like the printer needs service. You can log into your MyCanon account or contact support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666 to check your available service options.
