Hello - 

Hoping someone can provide some insight!  Love this printer, but we have had it for awhile now.  Recently, when printing - we continuously get a "Paper Jam 5" and the printer is super quiet when printing.  And it prints much slower than before.  At times, we have heard a 'clicking' sound as the paper is attempting to be grabbed.

Is this more than likely mechanical?
