PIXMA MX922 Performed cleaning/align stillhorizontal bands when printing graphics on photo paper

Brand new. I use a printer for graphics. Horizontal bands 1/4" appear in solid colors when photo paper is used. Gives the appearance of being printed with ribbons. Performed the setup/alignment, performed cleaning and deep cleaning. Problem persists.
