Nozzle Check Pattern - head adjustment

Hi!

 

We have printer iPF510 (big format printer) and we tried avtohead adjustment and manual adjustment but when print noozle chech pattern it is not ok. Black is not one line line (see picture):

How can I fix t? What values must we put into D1 to D-11 to fix it?

I will answer another way:

I have done the automatic AND manual printhead alignments and I am still getting issues with the printing. Some lines print fine while others are all over the place (see image in my first post). Is there a way to physically align this? I have done both kinds of alignment multiple times at this point. Thanks!
