Works fine, except when trying to use the multi tray as the source paper. I need to run checks though this option one at a time. Get an error light as soon as I tell it to print from multi purpose tray. I have uses both my account program and Word to test this feature and get an error.

1.  What is the paper size of the checks that are being printed?

2.  Have you adjusted the paper settings for the multi-purpose tray at the machine?
