New MF229 dw Won't Print


I've just setup my new MF229 dw. On the first print job, 2 of 4 pages came out and then there was a jam. I cleared it and now all that happens is the following:


- 2 blank pages come out (regardless of how large the document is)

- The printer indicates it is out of paper (regardless of how much paper is in the tray)


I've tried printing using AirPrint and directly using the drivers. All this is over wireless so far.


Any useful tips/suggestions? I'm concerned the jam has thrown it into a mode that it can't get out of.





Now it's stuck in a paper jam cycle. It says "Device Paper Jam | Toner Cartridge Not Inserted."


After walking through the recovery steps three times, I am convinced there is no paper jam and that the cartridge is definitely inserted. 


Can't seem to get past this point.
