My mf227dw printer will not print multiple page documents.

My mf227dw printer will not print multiple page documents.It will only print pg 2 and then stop and show an error that there is a paper jam. I tried several different documents, including a pdf. It will print the right page if I choose a specific page of document. I am using Windows 8 and MS 2010. Any ideas? Thanks
