My laptop says MB2320 is offline, but other laptop and phone print fine

My laptop says MB2320 is offline, but my wife's laptop and my phone print fine.  What is wrong?  My laptop runs Windows 10 and used to work with this printer.  My wife's laptop has Win 7 and phone is IOS.

Hi vfr700f2,

Please follow these steps:

 1.  Click on the Windows Start button and then Canon Utilities.

 2.  Click on the IJ Network Utility.

 3.  Does the MAXIFY MB2300 series appear?  If so, does the Status state "Available"?
