The front of the drawer fell off my MF455dw
Support says to call...how are they supposed to fix the drawer on a call?
All I need to know is where the little black piece shown in the image below goes when re assembling the drawer.
The white hook looking thing goes on the left side of the drawer and the black piece goes on the right side.
I need to know the correct placement of both of these little plastic pieces.
There must be a service manual or diagram for this printer.
