My Color Image Class MF642Cdw printer keeps saying there is a paper jam. However, when I followed its instruction to pull out the trays and found no paper jam at all. The printer still keeps on saying there is a paper jam. I tried to shut it down and then turn the power on, it still shows the same thing.
Please help me to solve this problem.

If you get a paper jam message with the MF642 after removing the paper, there cold still be an obstruction in the paper path or the printer needs service. In this situation, you can try checking all the paper paths using the steps in the link HERE. If that does not clear the message, you can try reseating the toner cartridges to see if you can locate any obstructions.
If those steps did not clear the paper jam error, it looks like the printer needs service. You can check for your available service options by logging into your MyCanon account or by contacting support at 1-800-652-2666.
