I use a USB cable to connect my printer to the computer. I can't make anything print out of the printer. I tried unplugging and plugging power cable back in. I tried redownloading the drivers and it still doesn't work. If anyone can please give me advice on this, please let me know.

Hi I understand. I have already talked to two techs from Canon and they are the ones who advised me about redownloading drivers and repowering printer, etc. I spent almost an hour with both Canon techs on the phone and it still didn't work. Can someoen please help me out here and give me some advice on how to fix this printer issue?

Evidently the ImageClass D530 is not compatible with Windows 11. Joy oh joy... we not only have to replace our computers / motherboards... but our laser printer too because Canon isn't supporting this printer any more.
