I have a Maxify MB5020 that I used non-Canon print cartridges. It was working fine until about a week ago. The ink level display on the fron of the printer indicates cartridges are fine on ink but i replaced them anyway withg Canon printer cartridges but still get the B504 error. I have turned off the printer several times and completed a rest of the printer but still get the error and printer does not function. any assistance would be greately appreciated. Want to exhaust all means prior to calling tech support.

How do you get in touch with Tech Support? My printer is out of warranty.
