Maxify GX6050 - bubbles in ink feed pipe

cnpg

Nearly new Maxify GX6050 has problems printing yellow - the ink pipe from the tank to the print head is full of bubbles (more bubbles than ink). I use colour printing only intermittently. I've already run several Nozzle Checks and a couple of Cleaning and Deep cleaning cycles - the maintenance tank is half full.  All ink tanks over half full, printer has only printed 300 pages.

The web is full of ideas for using a syringe to suck out the air - is this the right thing to do?

Thanks for any advice.

The solution to this problem ( from Canon-UK chat) is to perform an Ink Flush (not nozzle cleaning or deep cleaning). That's well down the maintenance menu. It drinks ink and you end up with a maintenance cartridge nearly full so have bought a not-cheap replacement. But printer on top line again.

Thanks
